After 15 months of Invisalign the lateral incisor #7, did not move and in the patients opinion got worse. Lateral incisors can be unpredictable with Invisalign. If I didn’t know how to bracket these teeth and rescue this case I would have had to refer patient to an orthodontist and it would have cost me additional money and more importantly my reputation.
